Okay so looking at those two pictures they do look alike HOWEVER Mike Rowe doesn't have that goofiness about him. He's out there, based on the things he does but Ernest is a goofball.

I think they DO look alike. That's why I'm here, surfing the net to see if they are brothers or kin of some type.
