Miley Cyrus Clip you HAVE to see!

This morning, we aired a clip from "The Miley and Mandy Show" - which is a video blog from Miley Cyrus (Hannah Montana) and her best friend Mandy.  In it, they have a great response to the question - are you a Christian?

Now if you're not interested in hearing every little thing they talk about (which if you're not a huge Hannah Montana fan you might not be) you can advance forward in the video until about 6:14 in; where the question ias asked. Cool, huh?

American Idol This Week

We want to know what you think!

If you were stuck on a desert island...

If you were stuck on a desert island and you could only bring 5 movies with you, what would you bring?

Here's Jeff's list:

  1. Shawshank Redemption
  2. Remember the Titans
  3. Notting Hill
  4. That Thing You Do
  5. Green Mile

Steve had trouble with his list... but here's what he "tentatively" came up with:

  1. Elf
  2. Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (the one with Johnny Depp)
  3. Mean Girls
  4. Star Wars
  5. Some other Will Ferrell movie (yes, Steve cheated - he couldn't choose which one)

Steve would also like to add that he feels bad that he left off other movies that probably should've made it, like the Lord of the Rings trilogy, Spiderman movies, other Star Wars movies, Moulin Rouge, Indiana Jones movies, Back to the Future trilogy... okay... many, many more.  Yep, Steve is a movie freak!

What would you put on your list?  Comment below!

Jeff's sister, who homeschools her children, sent Jeff this video.  It's very tongue-in-cheek, and we appreciate she can laugh at herself.  Enjoy!

Steve Shore's Panini Recipe of the Day!

A few weeks ago on the WAY Early Show, we made breakfast paninis on my panini maker.  They were, of course, delicious!  Today though, I made another delicious panini that is great for a quick, easy lunch and thought I'd share my recipe.  And no, I'm not being compensated by the companies I mention below for their products - I just wanted to share how I best make them.

Pepperoni Pizz-ini

What you need:

Robusto!  Ragu Sweet Italian Sausage and Cheese Sauce

Ecci Panis Ciabatta Rolls

Bridgford Sliced Pepperoni

Shredded Mozarella Cheese

How you make it:

  1. Preheat your panini maker
  2. Slice through the ciabatta roll horizontally, so you have a top and a bottom.
  3. On the top inside half, spoon on a couple of spoonfuls of the sauce making sure to cover the whole inside top.  Don't put on soooo much sauce that it's going to leak all over the place while grilling.
  4. On the bottom inside half, sprinkle the cheese.  Once again, make sure you cover the whole bottom half - you don't want to see much roll through here.
  5. Put on top of the cheese 6 - 8 slices of pepperoni (depending on your preference).  If using some other larger bread, more pepperoni may be required.  Just make sure you cover the area with as much pepperoni as you'd want as if it were a slice of pizza.
  6. Combine the two rolls back into a sandwich with the sauce side now touching the pepperoni and cheese side.
  7. Place on panini maker for approximately 4-5 minutes (heating times may very based on the panini maker).  Give it long enough for the cheese to have melted and for the roll to be slightly grilled.
  8. Remove sandwich(es) from grill.  Sliced in half diagonally.
  9. Eat and enjoy!

Try this out - it's a quick, easy, delicious meal that anyone can enjoy.  Feel free to substitute ingredients to make your favorite pizza flavors!

Will you watch The Bachelor this season?

-posted by Steve Shore

Jeff and I were having a friendly debate the other day.  While lots of people say they are fans of the Bachelor, I think they are just fans of old episodes of the show, while Jeff thinks they are current fans.  So here's the question:
